All programs, rates, approvals, issuance of purchase order, and funding are subject to validation of the Financial Company underwriting criteria, satisfactory completion of all necessary due diligence (including "know-your-customer" due diligence), execution and delivery of appropriate legal documentation and final credit approval, and are subject to change at any time. The Financial Company restricts the layering of our loan with any other loan outside of Financial Company. Please contact your Financial Company coordinator for a payoff amount prior to closing on any loans outside of the Financial Company.
