If we made a mistake or if the merchandise is defective, let us first apologize for the situation. Please call 1.305.960.7522 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and details.c
Please inform us of any default, failure or any other type of error WITHIN 5 DAYS receipt of your order or the entire order will be considered.Request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) before sending any item.When you go to request for an RMA number, please indicate the following information: your invoice number and date of original purchase.
The RMA is only valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Items with an with expired RMA number will be denied.
ALL SHIPPING WITHOUT A RMA WILL BE REJECTED.
Can not return commodities such as dampers, wipers, filters, capings and any other items that have been used.You can not return any special order item nor ask for store credit.No warranty for print heads unless they are paid for.
Heads are not returnable unless the customer has purchased a six-month warranty which costs 30% above the value.
Just in case you have purchased heads under warranty, they will be replaced only after an assessment by the original manufacturer of the head and confirmation that there were defects caused by unauthorized use of inks, voltage instability, etc.
Time delay’s caused by factories and engineers to analyze the products in question are not the responsibility of IEION CORP. During this period, IEION CORP will not recognize additional costs, replacements or refunds.
If there was no error on our part and the product is accepted for return by the corresponding RMA then there is a restocking fee of 30% for all returns.
Please return items in the exact condition you found them in. Also, please make sure that they are in their original packaging and that they include all accessories, cables, manuals, warranty cards, etc.We suggest UPS, FedEx or any other track able shipping method and use insurance for the total value of the goods in case they get lost or damaged during mailing. . We do not accept collect shipments.
Original charges on Shipping & Handling, similar to returning items, are non-refundable.
