Printing Methods
Generally not used for printing. This film is an overlaminate for print media. Testing for suitability between media, printers and inks is always recommended prior to use.
Shelf Life
24 months, applicable only to the material delivered by Ritrama which has not undergone further processing, under the under storage conditions as defined by FINAT section 2.5:
•Ideal storage conditions are at a temperature of 68 - 77 °F and 40 - 50 % HR.
•Store in a cool and dry place.
•Do not store close to a heat source or in direct sunlight.
•Keep the material in the original packaging until required for use.
Pay particular attention to the recommended shelf-life and ensure correct stock rotation.
Substrate Preparation
All surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to applying the film. Handle the films with care to prevent damage, fingerprints, dirt or other types of imperfections that will show on the finished product. Many times, a small test is recommended to ensure compatibility between all components involved.
Application
A roll or table laminator is always recommend for a wrinkle and bubble free application of this film to a print media or film.
